HOUSES from Grade to Gable looks at what the Best Practices in building today's home.  Code is a minimum standard to build to, what is the marketplace demanding from builders as they build for their clients.

TOPICS covered in Grade to Gable include:

  • Level or flat, which is the best for your floor cap?
  • Is that what you really see? Understanding drywall finishes
  • The Energy Code & Fiberglass insulation
  • Floor Surfaces & Finishes
  • Ceiling Surfaces & Finishes
  • Roof Coverings

As always, Houses from Grade to Gable class offering starts at 7:30 AM and ends at 2:30 PM, include coffee and goodies in the AM and a box lunch. ProEd teaches through lunch getting you out the door and back to the jobsite so you can keep earning!

This course has been APPROVED by:

MINNESOTA Department of Labor & Industry.  7 CE hours for Contractors and Remodelers, including an hour of Energy.

WISCONSIN Department of Safety & Professional Services. 6 CE hours for Dwelling Contractors 



Check In opens at 7:15 AM and class starts promptly at 7:30 AM.

Coffee & Goodies at Check In, a box lunch will also be provided.

Class runs from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. This course will give you a total of 7 MN DLI credit hours including an hour of Energy. Total of 6 WI DCQ credit hours.
